About Tablao Flamenco La Quimera
La Quimera opened in 1981 and is one of the tablaos where figures like Antonio Canales, Sara Baras, and Joaquín Cortés performed before becoming famous. The show is one of Madrid's longest (75 minutes) and the flamenco ensemble is 6-7 serious artists, no filler. No microphones between artist and audience — flamenco as it should sound. Optional Andalusian dinner before the show. If you're going to see flamenco in Madrid, places like this beat the Plaza Mayor tablaos with their short, overpriced shows.
Why we recommend it
- 75-minute show with serious artists, no express tourist program
- No microphones — acoustic flamenco like in real peñas
- €10 off entry ticket for TTM clients
