About Sushi Gin
Sushi Gin is the spot recommended by people who really know sushi. A 12-seat bar where the itamae prepares right in front of you, daily market produce, rice as it should be (warm, not cold). Omakase is the best way to come on your first visit, but the à la carte menu works too. Don't expect Instagram bait: here the plate looks beautiful because it's well done, not because it'll photograph well.
